POLICY
STATEMENT
It is the policy of Barton Malow Company
to observe and comply with the Civil Rights
Act
(Title
VII) of 1964, the Federal Equal Pay Act of
1963, the Age Discrimination in Employment
Act of 1967, Executive Order 11246, as amended,
Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of
1973, as amended, and Vietnam Era Veterans
Readjustment
Assistance Act of 1974, as amended (38 USC
4212), the Americans with Disabilities Act
of 1990, the Family and Medical Leave Act
of 1993 and all subsequent laws and regulations.
Further,
it is our policy to take affirmative action
