Estimator

Prepare a complete conceptual estimate of work during the design phase of project development. Effective communication and negotiation skills required. Familiarity with MC2 estimating software preferred. Architecture or Engineering degree and conceptual estimating experience is required. Requirements also include comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their interface with architectural systems for CM/DB work. Professional registration is preferred.
