Our Fairfax office is located just 15 miles west of our of nation’s capital. Serving the greater DC area since 1998, the office is uniquely qualified in the field of design/build, general contracting and construction management, providing facility preconstruction services through construction and close-out. Our personnel have extensive experience in the construction of higher education, healthcare, and federal facilities and serve a client base that includes Northern Virginia Community College, George Washington University Hospital, and General Services Department.

Innovation technology - it’s a true passion of ours. We are an industry leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our project teams continue to integrate the effective use of BIM and other field technology into our day-to-day building design and construction activities on every project. Recently, we were awarded the CETI Award—which is given annually to organizations that have conducted new and emerging technology implementations as well as research & development—for our BIM work on Maryland General Hospital Central Care Expansion project.
