For almost 40 years, Barton Malow has been providing preconstruction and construction services to our healthcare, education, sports and industrial clients in Florida. We built relationships and have gained an intimate knowledge of the local construction market, especially where industrial construction services have been needed. In 2008, Barton Malow acquired the L.C. Gaskins Construction Company, based in Jacksonville, Florida, and Warner Robins, in Georgia. Gaskins has worked continuously in the federal building design and construction market since 1981, and has completed hundreds of federal construction projects by providing design-build, negotiated, and general contracting services. Federal experience includes healthcare, administration, classroom, housing, hangers, warehouse and research facilities.

Our Team

Our Florida operations team provides complete project management services with in-house estimating, preconstruction, scheduling and financial management, in addition to our onsite project management and site supervision. Our Jacksonville preconstruction services team is “ahead of the curve,” providing clients innovative construction services in each of our niche markets. Using a forward-looking approach, our teams have established and embraced inventive techniques to sustainable construction, Building Information Modeling (BIM), quality control and preconstruction services, all which are performed locally, in-house. We are building smarter than ever before, and are producing quantifiable results.
