The new Scottsdale Healthcare Bridge Tower Addition is located on the north end of the existing Shea Campus southeast of the Piper Outpatient Surgery Center. The scope of the project includes site development, extension of existing utilities, and the construction of a three-story structure connected to an elevated walkway. The 40,000 sf addition will accommodate 28 medical surgical beds and 10 observation beds on the second floor during this phase of construction. The third floor will be built out as part of the hospital’s future infill. The project also includes an open plaza with access to other hospital facilities and bed towers.
