Scottsdale Healthcare Bridge Tower and 28-Bed Addition

The 40,000 SF Bridge Tower Addition accommodates 28 medical surgical beds and 10 observation beds on the second floor, connecting to the emergency department and main hospital via an active, elevated walkway. Tie-in to the hospital’s Central Plant involved crossing three stories of active patient floors and carefully coordinating shutdowns with over a third of the hospital. Constant communication with hospital staff ensured a safe and successful project, with no adverse impact to the hospital’s ability to serve their patients.
