This project consists of a five story medical office building and a 5.5 story parking garage. The office’s skin is comprised of a metal stud frame and EFIS exterior finish with punched openings and a glass curtain wall. Interior finishes include: terrazzo concrete flooring, slate wall tile, 2 elevators, and stainless steel and glass handrails.

Tenant improvements included approximately 50,000 sf of doctor office build out, oncology, spine, pediatric surgery and urology offices.

The parking garage holds 650 vehicles and contains two elevators. The garage is precast concrete with EFIS design elements. It includes a walkway connecting the office building and parking structure.

This project was directly adjacent to a competitors jobsite, and less than 1 foot away from the occupied hospital. Extensive communication between all parties ensured this project’s success.
