Camping World Stadium Improvement Project

Camping World Improvement Project Rendering December 2025

Community Impact Plan

The redevelopment of Camping World Stadium presents a transformative opportunity to further advance the City of Orlando’s economic, social, and environmental growth initiatives.

In collaboration with the City of Orlando, City of Orlando Venues, and Florida Citrus Sports, the Barton Malow | AECOM Hunt joint venture has established a Community Impact Plan. This initiative demonstrates a strong commitment to engaging local businesses.

To maximize this potential, the Community Impact Plan (CIP) was developed as a strategic and inclusive framework. Its purpose is to revitalize this vital city venue while leaving a lasting, positive legacy for the surrounding community. Key elements include targeted procurement, active community engagement, and workforce development initiatives.

Throughout the stadium’s transformation, the Camping World Stadium Improvement project will remain dedicated to supporting and empowering the community. Our ongoing commitment is centered on transparency, collaboration, and providing meaningful opportunities that benefit the local community.

Community Impact Plan Core Components

The Camping World Stadium Redevelopment is more than a venue upgrade — it’s an investment in Orlando’s economic, social, and environmental future. The Barton Malow–AECOM Hunt joint venture, in partnership with the City of Orlando, City of Orlando Venues, and Florida Citrus Sports, has developed a Community Impact Plan built around three core commitments: targeted procurement, workforce development, and meaningful community engagement. Every element is designed to ensure the benefits of this project extend beyond the stadium walls.
