Sarah Bertolini
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
With more than two decades of human resources experience in the construction industry, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge to Barton Malow, including expertise in compensation, benefits, recruitment/staffing, change management, HCM/HRIS, HR Analytics, and team member relations. Her efforts have resulted in successful process improvements, cost-saving strategies, and retention initiatives, all of which have advanced corporate objectives and contributed to long-term business growth.
Since joining Barton Malow in 2014, Sarah has been at the forefront of the decision-making process and implementation of many transformational initiatives that have grown the team significantly. Sarah is currently responsible for leading HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams.
Throughout her career, Sarah has carried a passion for problem-solving that makes her extremely well-suited to serving people and ensuring they have the support needed to bring forth their best work. In addition to applying that passion to her work, Sarah also volunteers her time to organizations including Forgotten Harvest, Susan G. Komen, Karmanos Cancer Institute, and Gilda’s Club.
