Michigan Construction Science Expo – Lansing

Join Barton Malow at Michigan Construction’s Construction Science Expo on Tuesday, September 30. The Construction Science Expo invites middle and high school students to spend a day being exposed to careers in the engineering and construction fields through a variety of speakers and hands-on experiences.

Students will have the opportunity to develop transportation and labor skills through MDOT’s Road to Work program. They will be exposed to the latest technology and current industry standards by engaging with civil and design engineers. By operating excavators, cranes, or heavy machinery simulators, students will be inspired to consider a future career with the numerous employers, engineering companies, union training centers, associations, and colleges involved in this thriving and in-demand industry.
