MUSC Indian Land Medical Campus Virtual Hub Outreach Event

Join Barton Malow on Thursday, June 19 at 2pm for a virtual subcontractor outreach event for the Medical University of South Carolina’s Indian Land Medical Campus project. Our team will discuss the project and go over Phase 1 trade packages, including concrete, masonry, structural steel and more.

The hospital will consist of a 153,912 SF facility including a basement, two-story podium, two-story bed tower as well as exterior support spaces located around the loading dock area as well as on the roof. The hospital will include the following programs: emergency department, labor & delivery, an O.R. suite including the associated pre and post operation support spaces, and two levels of patient rooms. The Medical Office Building (MOB) will consist of a 63,561 SF facility inclusive of a linear accelerator, radiation oncology, infusion, primary care as well as other critical services.
