About the Project

The Future Roper Hospital Campus consists of several parcels totaling 27.4 acres and is located along Mall Drive and Lacross Road in Charleston, South Carolina. The site is centrally located within the Roper St. Francis Healthcare system and the Lowcountry region. The full medical campus relocation consists of a 774,000 SF Hospital, an 80,000 SF Medical Office Building, and two Precast Parking Structures. Construction also includes the demolition of five existing buildings, demolition of the existing and installation of new storm water conveyance system, relocation of a cell phone tower, and road improvements.
