Project Overview

The University of Virginia is embarking on a new residence hall project in the growing Brandon Avenue District. The new facilities will include approximately 350 student beds in apartment-style arrangements, plus associated social spaces, resident staff accommodations, and support spaces. The larger of the two buildings will feature a lobby, 300-seat dining, facility, common lounge space, and laundry on the ground floor with two levels of podium parking beneath. The smaller of the two buildings will feature a first floor with community space including a lobby, common lounge space, and laundry.

An email will then be sent to the contact provided to set up an account in BuildingConnected to complete the prequalification submission.
