While the University of Central Florida (UCF) football team has kicked off its 2025 season and is making news for its play on the field, the Barton Malow project team has been making news for a major addition it’s building onto the Knights’ home football stadium – the Acrisure Bounce House Roth Tower addition.
On Thursday, August 14, workers placed the final steel beam on the forthcoming Roth Tower addition, marking the project’s official topping out to finalize structural assembly.
When finished, the 85,000-SF four-level Roth Tower will significantly expand UCF’s current club level space, improving the gameday experience and creating a premier year-round event space in East Orange County.
The Roth Tower addition will expand club space by more than 200%. In addition to 28 expanded suites, 34 new outdoor sky suites will provide more shade to the seating bowl, allowing for a more comfortable viewing environment for all fans.
About a week after topping out, Barton Malow and UCF welcomed VIP stakeholders and media for a behind-the-scenes tour of the construction site and an exclusive look at Roth Tower’s progress to date.
