Liberal Arts Building Renovation - Completed

June 2019 - August 2019

 

Renovation to the 2nd floor (14,500 sq ft) of Liberal Arts building.  Scope of work includes renovation of existing space to include but not limited to: new fire-rated gyp partitions, doors/hardware, new lighting, upgrade of existing fire alarm system, construction of shaft walls, renovation/construction of new bathrooms.

 

Early Learning Center

October 2019 – December 2020

New construction building (29,000 sq ft) in existing parking lot just East of the Liberal Arts building.

Bid Schedule:

BP 1 – Structural Steel Design/Assist, Fabrication & Erection

Bidding: 8/21/19 - 9/11/19

BP 2 – Sitework, Underground Site Utilities, Geothermal, & Foundations

Bid Documents Issued*: 9/13/19

Pre-Bid Meeting: 9/18/19 @ 1PM, Marygrove Campus

Bids Due: 10/04/19

BP 3 – Building Slab & Enclosure, MEP, & Finishes

Tentative Bid Documents Issued*: 10/28/19

Tentative Pre-Bid Meeting: 11/05/19

Tentative Bids Due: 11/22/19
