The New Baltimore Water Treatment Plant Expansion included the expansion of current water treatment systems from 2.0 million gallons per day (MGD) to 6.0 MGD. Scope of work included a new raw water intake structure, intake pipes and pump station, a new micro-filtration system inside the existing filter structure and new chemical storage and feed buildings. Additionally, new high service pumps were installed along with upgraded site security systems and upgraded incoming electrical systems.
