Cincinnati Open Campus Renovation

Cincinnati Open

Barton Malow led the construction of the highly anticipated $260-million Cincinnati Open Campus Transformation project. In partnership with Beemok Capital and the Cincinnati Open, the project elevates the iconic tennis tournament to new heights, creating an unparalleled experience for fans, players, and the community while preserving the Cincinnati Open’s rich 125-year heritage.

The core of this transformation was a commitment to enhancing the experiences for both players and fans, ensuring that the Cincinnati Open remains a premier destination for world-class tennis. The centerpiece of the project is a state-of-the-art 56,000-SF, two-story player center, which provides world-class amenities for the athletes and their support teams. This facility includes lounges, restaurants, wellness and recovery rooms, and locker rooms for players and coaches, ensuring they have access to the best resources to perform at their peak and recover efficiently.

The campus expands with 14 new courts, bringing the total to 31 courts across the grounds. This increase accommodates the tournament’s growth to a 96-player draw while providing ample practice facilities for athletes. A new 2,000-seat sunken stadium was constructed, becoming the fourth largest of the venue’s five permanent stadiums.

Fans will have an elevated experience with several upgrades. These include improvements to the seating areas in Center Court and Grandstand Court, renovated hospitality suites, and the addition of new practice courts.

Barton Malow broke ground in early 2024 and our team worked hard to successfully complete the project by the 2025 Cincinnati Open.
