Charlotte, NC – December 17, 2014 — Barton Malow Company is pleased to announce the addition of James E. Mitchell, Jr. as Business Development Manager.
James will create and lead business development activities for North and South Carolina. In addition to business development, James will be also responsible for minority-owned, woman-owned, and small business participation for construction projects.
