Changes to Executive Leadership at Barton Malow; Doug and Ryan Maibach to Support Transitions

Southfield, MI — July 14, 2015 — Barton Malow Company recently announced strategic transitions among Barton Malow executives. These changes will aim to solidify and improve upon the positive performance Barton Malow has seen in construction operations. Effective immediately Doug Maibach will serve as Chairman of the Barton Malow Enterprises Board of Directors and Ryan Maibach will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Barton Malow Company.

After over 50 years of service, and more than 30 years as President or Chief Executive, Ben Maibach III transitioning away from Chairman of the Barton Malow Enterprises Board and Chief Executive Officer of Barton Malow Company. Ben will continue to lead the organization as Chief Community Officer; this is a new role where he will be involved with select client and community relationship building.

Doug Maibach will now serve as the new Chairman of the Barton Malow Enterprises Board of Directors and will continue as Executive Vice President of Barton Malow Company.

Ryan Maibach will now serve as Chief Executive Officer of Barton Malow Company in addition to President and Chairman of the Barton Malow Company Board.

The Barton Malow Enterprises Board is responsible for the overall direction of the Enterprise, which includes Barton Malow Company and United Integrity Assurance (UIA).
