Growth Prompts Office Move for Barton Malow

Chicago, Illinois - September 23, 2011 — Barton Malow Company is pleased to announce the relocation of its Chicago office to 150 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 1650. The move is indicative of the recent growth of the Barton Malow team and is a result of hard work and dedication on projects in the Chicago area over the past few years.

Building on Barton Malow’s commitment to sustainability, the office is pursuing LEED (Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The space is located within a LEED Certified building convenient to public transportation and includes many sustainable features such as energy conserving lighting fixtures and recycled building materials.

Barton Malow led design/build efforts for the new office. The design offers plentiful views, natural daylight, efficient workspace, and the latest in technology and conferencing equipment.

“Barton Malow has been providing construction services to Illinois clients for the last 25 years,” said Bruce Watts, PE, LEED AP, Vice President. He added, “The expansion and relocation of the Chicago office reinforces our client-driven focus, which is based on delivering strong local service with access to Barton Malow’s national talent and resources.”
