Mayor Dwight Jones Welcomes Barton Malow to the Manchester Neighborhood
Richmond, VA –– Construction firm Barton Malow announces its new location at 1019 Hull Street in the historic post office location in Manchester. Richmond Directors Kevin McMichael and Mike VanSickel, along with Barton Malow Officers Carrie Shaeffer, Phil Kirby, and Doug Maibach, received Richmond’s Mayor, Dwight Jones, at the Open House event on Thursday, May 30. Mayor Jones welcomed Barton Malow from their previous location in Church Hill by cutting a ceremonial ribbon and offered these remarks, “The invitation that was sent out to this Open House event had the tagline ‘Come Grow With Us,’ I want to say that is a perfect tagline for the City as well, and what has happened with this property is a perfect example of a growing and vibrant city.” The Mayor also thanked Barton Malow “for your commitment to our city in terms of its investment in jobs, and business development” and recognized Barton Malow for their inclusive efforts on behalf of minority business enterprises.
