Rose Bowl Stadium Renovation - First Year of Construction Video Highlights

Barton Malow, along with joint-venture partner Bernards of San Fernando, CA, is overseeing the preconstruction and renovation of one of the most recognized stadiums in the country. Rose Bowl Stadium, which hosts the annual New Year’s Tournament of Roses football game, was built in 1922 and is listed as a National Landmark in the National Register of Historic Places.

The stadium improvements and renovation project focuses on safety, enhanced fan experiences, enhancing facility operations and making overall improvements that ensure continued profitability and National Landmark status.

This video focuses on the first year of construction which included installation of a new underground utility loop, construction of a new press box, the widening of existing pedestrian tunnels that are used to access the stadium bowl, and new LED boards.
