When Valassis, one of the nation’s largest direct-mail marketers, needed their data center expanded, they called on Barton Malow because we have experience with N+1 computing architecture, which allows for complete redundancy of all systems. At Valassis, Barton Malow Design was architect of record and design-build lead; our mechanical and electrical subcontractors also performed as design-builders.

We kept the existing center and adjacent facilities fully functioning during construction, ensuring sensitive data and critical operations functioned uninterrupted and uncompromised.
