Barton Malow Company Receives Bluebeam eXtreme Award for Innovation

Southfield, MI – August 26, 2015 – Barton Malow recently received a Bluebeam eXtreme (bXa) award during Bluebeam® Software’s 2015 Bluebeam eXtreme® Conference in Los Angeles, California for their use of Bluebeam technology at Daytona Rising. Daytona Rising is a $400 million reimagining of an iconic American venue, the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona, Florida.

The third annual Bluebeam eXtreme Awards took place in late July and highlighted project teams from across the country that are leveraging Bluebeam solutions to drive innovation forward.

Barton Malow's use of Bluebeam Revu has improved version control, information management, and submittal review through 1,700+ Bluebeam Studio Sessions. Custom tool sets are used by each project partner, and features such as Stamps, Sets and Spaces are utilized both on the design side and in the field with Revu for iPad. 

“Bluebeam Revu is used more commonly than email on the project for collaboration among 60+ partners,” says Jason McFadden, Project Director. “From collaboration to design review, Bluebeam Revu is the most widely used software on the Daytona Rising project.”
