Todd Ketola

Todd Ketola is the Chief Operating Officer of Barton Malow Builders and tasked with aligning the leadership team at Barton Malow Builders to connect with clients and build strong project teams. Todd brings over 38 years of experience to his role, providing customer satisfaction and guiding projects from start to finish. As a second-generation builder, Todd knows the construction industry inside and out. Todd began his career as a superintendent and spent time working as a project manager before becoming the youngest Vice President in Barton Malow history.

Todd has been instrumental in growing Barton Malow’s higher education portfolio, including several key projects such as the University of Notre Dame Campus Crossroads project. Todd is committed to providing each client with Barton Malow’s full resources to meet their requirements. In addition to providing leadership for Barton Malow Builders, Todd dedicates his time to the local community,  his church, and remains an active member of the Associated General Contractors of Michigan after previously serving as a past president.
