Barton Malow recently received Aetna’s Workplace Well-Being Award for the second year in a row, earning a Silver designation. The award is a testament to Barton Malow’s dedication to creating a healthy culture among its team. Barton Malow earned a Bronze award in 2022.

About the Aetna Workplace Well-Being Award
Established in 2017, Aetna’s Workplace Well-Being Awards are available to middle market and public and labor employer segments in the United States with a minimum of 100 team members. Aetna collects 12-month data from applications to determine an organization’s award level, ranging from bronze to platinum. A peer review committee of well-being professionals with an average of 25 years of experience scores all applications based on pre-defined criteria.
