Barton Malow Director of Business Strategy James Morrison, PMP, LEED AP, has been named to the Nashville Business Journal’s 2023 “40 Under 40” list, an annual honor recognizing the young professionals who continue to drive Nashville forward.
James joined Barton Malow in March 2019 and has helped grow the footprint of the firm’s commercial and institutional building division throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Missouri. The Nashville construction professional is also a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Nashville and Associated General Contractors (AGC)Tennessee. He is also passionate about spending his time supporting local Nashville organizations such as Renewal House and other community groups.
“James has been a rising star in this industry from day one,” said Barton Malow Central Region Senior Director Craig Eckert. “I’m looking forward to his continued growth and impact on our Central region.”
James earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the University of Memphis and a master’s degree in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis.
