The 264,565 SF luxury hotel features 16 floors with 236 rooms, 28 suites, and over 20,000 SF of meeting space to accommodate business travelers, families on vacation, and everyone in between.
The hotel is a proud “play, work, stay” destination, redefining the guest experience enhanced by the amenity deck, lobby bar and restaurant, and shared greenspace and plaza. It features guestroom balconies and an elevated pool deck overlooking the adjacent plaza and ballpark. The area also features premier office space, the Coca-Cola Roxy music venue, and a variety of shopping and dining options, activating The Battery year-round and providing hotel guests with a variety of amenities within walking distance.
Barton Malow was also part of the team that completed Truist Park, formerly SunTrust Park, the new 41,500-seat ballpark for Atlanta’s home team. Delivering two major, interdependent facilities within a single mixed-use development required precision coordination in design execution and seamless sequencing across a dense, active campus.
