Barton Malow Announces New Vice President of Virginia Operations

Richmond, VA — September 2, 2014 — Barton Malow Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Erik Eshleman to Vice President of Virginia Operations. Erik joined Barton Malow in 2000 and has been working in the construction industry for more than 38 years.

Erik’s background and expertise in construction will help to position our Virginia Operations for future success,” said Bob Grottenthaler, Senior Vice President. “His leadership skills, strategic insights and industry knowledge are tremendous assets to achieving our company objectives.”

A graduate of Virginia Tech and a licensed professional engineer, Erik is known for his leadership and understanding in every facet of construction. Erik has held a variety of positions throughout his construction career from trades experience and supervision to field engineering, superintendence, and project management.
