Though our Charlotte office was established in 2013, our history in Carolina construction dates nearly 40 years with preconstruction and construction services on multiple local healthcare facilities. Since that time, we’ve built ballparks, refurbished historic stadiums, upgraded infrastructure for municipalities and universities, and built complex research facilities, including a Class 100 cleanroom. We’ve renovated CTE space in a K12 school, provided over 1,800 student housing beds, completed additions and renovations to healthcare facilities, and built out tenant improvements for various developers. This type of construction continues today throughout the Carolinas.
