Barton Malow Takes AGC Pledge to Build a Culture of CARE

Build a Culture of CARE

The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) recently launched a new, nationwide program designed to encourage a diverse, safe, and welcoming industry that is inclusive for all. The new program, Culture of CARE, asks firms across the industry to sign a pledge to participate in the program and take steps to Commit, Attract, Retain, and Empower their workforce. Barton Malow has taken the pledge and joins over 200 firms across the country committed to making an impact.

Barton Malow has always been committed to fostering a company culture where all team members are welcomed, valued, fully utilized, and have fair opportunities to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns. Through our participation in this program, we hope to build even further on that commitment to ensure it is at the forefront of every conversation and program within Barton Malow.
