In this episode, we are taking listeners back to Charlottesville to talk with Senior Project Engineer Abi Richardson about her career path after starting at Barton Malow as a LEAPS Intern while still at The University of Virginia (UVA), and what it has been like to work on projects at her alma mater and throughout the Charlottesville community.

Following the recording of this episode, Abi has since been promoted to Project Manager. We’re excited to see what else Abi will accomplish in her new role!
